This happened before and i transfered all my music off my zune to my PC, but now i updated the software and it’s way differant, so my question is does anyone know how to put music from the zune onto the pc with the new sofware?

The more and more I hold it, the more I fall in love with the Zune. Unfortunetly the software isn’t working so well and it made my computer crash. It doesn’t even recognize my Zune when it is connected sometimes. It always skips everything I try to sync due to some unknown error. I don’t know what the problem is but if it doesn’t work pretty soon, I am going to be forced to change it for an Ipod which I don’t think is as nice as the Zune. (It doesn’t have the radio and I love the radio as well as having my own playlists). So please help me. I have contacted the microsoft people and they haven’t been much help. I really want to keep the Zune. Thank you!

So my Zune, which I’ve had for almost two years, crashed earlier. It froze up on the start screen and is not responding to any button I press or when I plug it into my computer. I looked online and apparently everyone else is experiencing the same problem as of today… it’s like some sort of epidemic or something. Any Zune owners experiencing the same thing? Any ideas to fix the problem?

Please don’t sit there and tell me how awesome ipods are… I used to have one, which is why I bought the Zune. ‘Nuff said.
